Improvement of the planning system of the land settlements sustainable utilization

It is proved that when drawing up the territory planning schemes (basic plans) of settlements, principles, requirements and methods of land management designing for objects of local significance must be met, because only in this way sustainable land use can be achieved. Have supplemented a list of imperatives which must be be include into the planning of settlements. This approach enables one to make the best choice of how to use the land plot as intended on the settlement territory zoning principle
