Ecological and economic indicators of organic production at different fertilizer systems

Abstract

The results of five-year research on yield, quality of crop production and soil fertility for organic and organomineral fertilizer systems in short crop rotation are presented. It was found that without the introduction of mineral fertilizers the yield of crops declined by 11-35%. When applying the biologization system (manure, straw, siderate) the quality of the products did not deteriorate, a positive balance of nutrients and humus in the soil was ensured, and the level of profitability of cultivating crops increased by 35-64%.
