Abstract

The article defines, investigates and justifies the main directions of increasing the investment attractiveness of recreational territories. The dynamics of capital investment in the recreational sphere is analyzed. The author proposed the scheme of formation of investment attractiveness of recreational territories, based on the definition of the content of investment categories, which allows to identify the components of the process of forming the investment attractiveness of recreational areas and identify the appropriate directions for its improvement.
