Dynamics of Agility Development Level Indicators in 8th-9th Grade Students Under the Influence of Different Types of Physical Activity

The article presents the results of a study on the level of agility development in 8th-9th grade students. An analysis of changes in the obtained indicators under the influence of different types of physical activity was carried out. The positive impact of various types of physical activity on the level of agility manifestation in the studied cohort was established, which increased from low to medium.
