Abstract

The article deals with the competence approach as guidelines for the development of social and communicative competence of personality in early childhood, which involves controlling the process of socialization of the child, teacher’s regulation of social and cultural environment influence in order to achieve the goals of education and self-development based on the idea of the subject self-development as the subject’s own socialization and life being.
