THE FORMATION OF INNOVATIVE CULTURE AND INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF HIGH SCHOOL OF CULTURE

The term "innovation culture" is now used in the widest range: from interpretation of innovative culture as a special form of culture in general, which is formed at the present stage of development, till the perception as a methodological fundamentals of harmonization of all spheres of human activity. In these circumstances, innovative cultural knowledge is now becoming increasingly valuable; the development of innovation culture of the expert-culturologist is the urgent need, which is possible through the integration and fundamentalization of knowledge using innovative learning technologies in higher education.
It is necessary to create a high level of educational and cultural environment of high school of culture, which should be directed to the formation of culture of creativity among students. Creatology's scientific developments can become the basis for search of forms of implementation of these objectives.
Formation of innovative culture among the professionals in the field of culture has to appear as open permanent process, whose foundations are laid successfully in high school culture.
