The scientist reveals the specifics of using the composer means of expression in the compositions of the genre of music for solo instruments. Research work is carried out on the analysis of the composition by V. Martyniuk "Interview on a given theme" for clarinet solo. The scientist came to the following conclusion. Composer uses the expressive palette of multilateral understanding the nature of expressive possibilities of the instrument.
Masterpiece by V. Martyniuk "Interview on a given theme" for clarinet solo has a clear program. Melodic folk theme in the introduction strong provides a goodness and understanding. It configures the characters for dialogue and open communication. Our hero is invites to communicate evening star. The conversation is filled with grief and a very large sadness.
The composition consists of introduction, the two parts of the codes. The basis for the melody of this piece is a Ukrainian national song "Zorya my evening". The first part of the masterpiece draws the calm and peace. The second part creates a marching character. It is very energetic and active. The composer uses the technique of staging. Musician should pounding the scene by foot. The main culmination of this composition is at the end of the second part. Full completion of artistic thought is in the code.
The composer uses many different means of expression for creating of an artistic image. The composer connects the many expressive means in one kind of expressiveness. The author of this music connects the many registers timbre of the instrument. He emphasizes the many types of legato articulation. There are a lot of legatissimo, marking legato and sharp legato in the composition by V. Martyniuk for clarinet solo. The author of the work requires from clarinetist to possession of the polyphony. The performer must retrieve three or four sound of the clarinet. These sounds should be played simultaneously. The musician must comply with the exact height of the sounds on the clarinet. The composer brings vocal quality for sounding artist’s instrument. Musician must unite performing technique frulato and type melisms trill in simultaneous play on the instrument. The playing on the instrument should be very expressive.
The researcher should also examine and compositions for solo instruments of foreign composers. These works should be created for string instruments. Contemporary composers are creating more and other masterpieces in the
genre of music for solo instruments. As a rule, these compositions for string and wind instruments. They are very active using in educational, concert and competition practice.
