Abstract

Music plays an important role in formation of spiritual culture of a human. Aesthetic taste and artistic preferences are a private matter of every person, one of the spheres of realization of freedom. However, good taste rarely formed spontaneously. The formation of aesthetic taste is affected by numerous factors, including the important role played by the environment. It creates a filter through which man comes to only part of a diverse world. Perceived part actually exists on a subjective level. What is not perceived, will become non-existent for a person.

Thus, between human cultural achievements of humanity are formed mental obstacles and barriers. There are destructive processes in the modern cultural world, so the situation becomes unpredictable. This refers to the risk of the human identity.

Sensitivity to light is peculiar to all living things. This led to a leading role in the life of a man which emerged during evolution. Modern culture is aimed at exploiting the visual and visual association. This may impact negatively on human sensibility. The famous Italian poet K. Calabro called nowadays "Age of videocracy" and modern society – "videocratic."

The devastating impact of videocracy is amplified by the dominance of aggressive rhythm in modern music. Music as an art form is organized sound. Rhythm with melody, harmony, tempo, composition, etc. plays an important role in the creating of music. The interaction of these components turns the sound on one of the most emotional forms of art – music.

Rhythm is not only localized in the arts. Manifestations of rhythm are everywhere: from the activity of living cells to complex processes in the universe. Music historians call the percussion the first musical instrument. Their purpose was to coordinate actions in the performance of rituals and hard work together. So our bodies were adjusting to a certain rhythm for thousands of years. This gave our ancestors substantial survival benefits to humanity. This same ability nowadays can become the path to self-destruction, because the body and individual organs based on the thousand-year experience, without any need start working at an accelerated pace. They undergo substantial overload, which is a waste of body reserves. But human believes that listening to music is one of the ways to rest.

Classical music would help with its polyrhythm, melodic and intonation diversity, but named "filters" which were formed by not the best examples of pop-music, stand in the way. Direct experience of stage and educational work gives us reason to believe that the souls of young people open to "serious" music, and they are able to accept it if it is possible to overcome common among of this audience prejudice against the classics.

You cannot work out some recipes, since a lot depends on pedagogical tact and intuition, the particular situation and so on. It's an obstacle before starting the work with children in early childhood, even when "each finger itself Beethoven" (Lina Kostenko). Therefore, a major role to play here are teachers, especially musicians.

We will not move from the place until it will remain a matter of a small group of enthusiasts who act contrary to the instructions. We need a new generation of music teachers who will be able to arouse love of music in young hearts and overcome the inertia of the system. They must use interactive methods and advanced technical capabilities during lessons.

In modern schools, there is a conflict between appropriate and available. Music teachers must be highly qualified, universal and skilled work requires proper material and moral compensation. In today's schools, there is a conflict between appropriate and available. Music teachers must be highly qualified, versatile and skilled work requires proper material and moral compensation. Instead, against unprestigious teachers' work as a general trend, there is a slightly arrogant attitude to this subject in the system of education and of other colleagues. Under these conditions experienced musicians or theorists will not come to secondary schools, who also face discrimination in wage due to lack of teaching experience.

The material base is a prerequisite for activity of a school teacher. At all times people aware of the need of writing works for children, this work was carried out (or were involved) best composers and poets. However, the current repertoire, especially vocal, is almost absent.

It is important that children and teenagers were acquainted with the best achievements of world and national music based on their age-appropriate, perhaps – adapted for them. It would be reasonable to involve talented young performers. Topical is also the issue of quality of records and performances.

We believe, one of the most effective could be the interactive "on line" lessons involving best performers. While that preparatory period may be carried out \ of the proposed project on the level of theoretical development, studies, debates and discussions.
