Influence of professionally applied physical training on the development of choreographer’s technical qualities

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to open the specificity of the influence of professionally applied training for the development of choreographer’s technical qualities. Methodology of the investigation consists in using the analysis and generalization scientific-methodical literature, pedagogical observations and also methods of correlation and factor analysis. Scientific novelty. The research proposes the definition a professionally-applied choreographer’s physical training. It determines professional demands including the context of creative-imaginative directions among them there is importance of kinesthetic resource, which works in the regime of correlation and control of performance, muscle movement, tactile and organic feeling of internal state, motor actions and reactions, etc. Conclusions. The research emphasizes that the key technical choreographer’s quality, as the priority task of his professionally-applied physical training, is contrast and expressiveness of the plastic motion action, the formation of which depends on expediency and correctness of other physical qualities development among them there are flexibility, agility, endurance, speed, strength and coordination. It is proved that one of the most effective instruments of professionally-oriented physical preparation of dancers and future choreography teachers on the modern stage is the combination of choreography training with special gymnastic exercise (ballet gymnastics).
