Use of converting furniture in the interior of catering facilities
Abstract
The purpose of the work is to identify the peculiarities of the organization and the specifics of the subject-spatial environment of the catering facilities through the use of converting furniture and equipment. The methodology of the work consists in the complex application of general scientific and special research methods that allows to consider the theoretical and practical aspects of designing the space of catering enterprises using the converting furniture and equipment. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the expansion of the perceptions of the use of converting furniture and equipment in public space, with emphasis on the list of converting furniture and equipment used in catering facilities. The characteristics of the abovementioned objects, the optimal choice of materials and constructive decisions that are required for their construction are investigated. The conclusions include the results of the research work, which have an important theoretical and practical significance for the formation of the subject-spatial environment of the catering facilities with the help of converting furniture.
