STUDIOS OF MODERN DANCE IN UKRAINE IN THE END OF XX - THE BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURY

Abstract

Purpose of the article is to elucidate the features of the activity of modern dance studios in Ukraine at the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st century. Methodology. The methodology of the research consists in the application of analysis and synthesis, a comparative method, which enabled us to conduct a scientifically objective study. Scientific Novelty. Scientific novelty consists in revealing the main problems of modern dance studios in Ukraine at the present stage. Conclusions. In Ukraine, there is an extensive network of modern dance studios, whose active creation falls on the period of independence. The emergence of contemporary dance studios in Ukraine is associated with the expansion of new styles and directions of choreography. Despite a number of problems (economic, methodical, artistic), modern dance studios in Ukraine play an essential role in the upbringing, education, education, communication, artistic enrichment of society. At the same time, this sphere of choreography is one of the most problematic, which is due to the lack of traditions of modern dance in the country, teaching methods for children. Sometimes, when mastering the contemporary styles of choreography, the heads of children's studios lose common sense, do not take into account the age characteristics of pupils, and then numerous scenic stages are filled with vulgar, non-artistic performances. Among the most famous modern dance studios in Ukraine are the Kiev studio of the ballet "Todes", "D-side Dance studio", the children's studio "Fors" under the direction of T. Vinokurova, "Totem" directed by K. Shishkareva, "Myway" Bobika, "A6Studio" under the direction of A. Azarova.
