Abstract

The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of behaviorism as a specific direction in the management culture of industrial society. The methodology of research is the dialectical principle of cognition, sociocultural and historical approaches of the systems, fundamental positions of theory and history of management culture. The scientific and interdisciplinary methods of research are used: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, formalization. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to identify the characteristics of bhavas, his mechanistic and humanistic varieties as a specific cultural trend industrial management. Conclusions. The essence of culture management is that human behavior is a reaction to external stimuli, choosing which to achieve the desired behavior. This mechanistic behaviorism, it ignores the inner state of a person, based on theory X of human nature and behavior, D-leadership, and Adam (hygiene) factors in the implementation work. In contrast to the mechanistic approach, in theory of culture, humanistic management, a causal relationship between the external stimulus and the response, included an element that expresses the inner state of a person and adjusts its behavior based on their personal needs. Is humanistic behaviorism. It is based on theory Y, B-leadership and predominance of the Abrahamic factors. The driving force in the culture behaviorism management is the fact that people can never achieve your goals fully. Once it reached one goal and satisfied some need, there is a new goal related to the need to meet the new needs that appeared, etc meet the needs from lowest to highest is cyclical and infinite. The highest need is self-actualization. Unlike external (hygiene) incentives that are not able to force a person to work with full dedication, internal motivators are encouraged to apply to the work effort and skills.
