The purpose of the article. The research is related to the search for content and formatting
tools for the cycling of contemporary Ukrainian choral multidisciplinary works entitled "Seasons."
Methodology. The research methodology is comprehensive. It consists of applying the achievements
of historical, comparative, stylistic, analytical methods. This methodological approach allows us to
reveal and analyze stylistic models of late romantic, neo-folkloristic and polystyle variants of the
cyclical concept of works entitled "Seasons." The scientific novelty of the work is to broaden the
notions about the means of the composite integrity of the suite-type cyclic works in choral works of
the above-mentioned topics of Ukrainian composers of the second half of the twentieth century. For
the first time, little-known works of M. Skoryk, V. Martynyuk have been analyzed, and their
comparative analysis is given in the broad context of such choral works entitled "Seasons."
Conclusions. The stylistic models of cyclical choral works entitled "Seasons" are presented by late
romantic (Lyatoshуns’ky, Kravtzov), neofolk (Dychko, Martynyuk) and polystylyс (Skoryk,
Kravtzov) measurements of the concept of cyclic works. Means of cycling of these three types are
related to the principle of shaping the suite of a new kind of the twentieth century.
Key words: choral music, cycle, suite, annual turning point, seasons, Ukrainian composers.
