The key aspects that influenced its creation were the structural and functional improvement of the
instrument, which contributed to the emergence of technical and expressive capabilities and
techniques of the game. In the XVIII century, there is the formation of the "Neapolitan Orchestra,"
which becomes a prototype for those guitar orchestras that exist in modern space. In the XX
century, there is a proliferation of this type of performing group, which can have different
performance levels - from amateur, student to professional. There are still a small number of guitar
orchestras in Ukraine, which can become a promising direction for the development of the national
