Abstract

The problems of the design and development of telecommunication networks in the modern world are considered. An approach to the development of a mathematical model of the telecommunications network is offered. Solution of the problem includes the study of requirements model for the development of the network by increasing its capacity, the amount and kinds of information and communication services.
