We present the scientifically-methodical approach the ground of staff potential development strategy choice of trade enterprise, that envisages the use of three-dimensional model of strategy choice and diagnostic matrix, that allows to get the corresponding strategic profile of staff potential at correlation a «life cycle phase –stage of development –development level» and to determine position of enterprise at the development level of its staff potential
