Design and use of cloud-oriented educational Environment by the school teachers

This article outlines the main approaches of design of cloud-oriented learning environment (COLE) at teacher’s level of secondary schools (SS). It have been analyzed the willingness of computer teachers to designing COLE; described the training program to prepare computer teachers to design COLE SS; found that procedural approach allows to detail the design process, to actively carry out testing and make suggestions for improvement of COLE
