Abstract

The analysis of the components of technique of linguistic competence formation (correct use of phonological components, knowledge of vocabulary, grammatical categories and paradigms, syntax rules) is given. Features of mental-linguistic essence of memorization, learning and perception as cognitive operation are examined. Scientific terminology is considered as an integral functional system, which helps to model the images of perception, decipher language codes and understand the "content" of professional discourse
