Abstract

The caspase-, chymotrypsin- and trypsin-like proteasomal activities in pancreas cells were investigated under the experimental pancreatitis. It has been shown the increase of ATF-independent chymotrypsin-like activity at reduction of trypsin-like and caspase-like activities. At the same time the reduction of trypsin-like activity was due to ATF-dependent hydrolysis, whereas the reduction of caspase-like activity was due to ATF-independent proteolysis
