New methods of quality assessment of wild berries

The article stated еру scientific approaches to the use of new methods for evaluating the berries quality: cryoscopic and optical. It is proved that the findings can serve as a signature for quality assessment of liquid phase of wild berries, which should be used in the manufacture of semi-finished products for canning and confectionery industry
