Activity of scientific and methodological center «Agroosvita» on the implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies into educational process is revealed in the article. The development of teachers’ professional and pedagogical competence in agrarian higher educational establishments (I-II ac.l.) within distance and mixed learning with the help of tools such as multi-media program and methodological complex is taken into account
