The article explains the necessity of using marketing in education, provides a definition of marketing management training activities of the postgraduate pedagogical education institute are given as technology of education institution management; the mechanisms for determining the market segments are revealed; induced the characteristic of head of the institution of postgraduate education system is given; the necessity of creating the marketing environment of the institution is grounded
