Professional formation of young teacher

The article discusses some aspects of professional training of young teachers for vocational and educational activities.
The psychological analysis of professional and educational activities of young teachers is conducted. Productive way of developing the ability to solve educational problems can be reflexive training of young teachers, which ensures them study the basics of designing specific educational decisions and organizes active interaction of beginners in the search of productive pedagogical decisions
