The article analyses the tasks and solutions for the issues of in-service education. The innovative approaches to the process of in-service teacher professional development and benefits for Institute of in-service training in Zakarpattia towards European integration are characterized in the article. The article contains valuable summing up of foreign experience and the experience deals with the in-service teacher education in Ukraine
