Перспективной является реализация совместных образовательных проектов с китайскими партнерами. Для предварительной оценки успешности подобных проектов, разработана инновационная методология расчёта коэффициента рентабельности совместного образовательного проекта с иностранным колледжем. Данная методология применена для оценки возможности учреждения совместной программы с колледжем в городе Чжоушань, провинция Чжэцзян
