Стаття присвячена проблемі розвитку післядипломної педагогічної освіти в Україні на сучасному етапі, проведено аналіз розвитку стандартизації в системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти. Зазначені проблемні питання щодо необхідності професійного вдосконалення педагогічних працівників, забезпечення якості освіти, розробка та запровадження державних стандартів післядипломної педагогічної освіти
