Анализ качества питания детей школьного возраста

Проанализировано питание школьников как составляющей показателя качества жизни. Обследовано 180 детей 10–17 лет. Изучались показатели здоровья в комплексе с физиологическими составляющими качества жизни. Установлен односторонний характер питания с преобладанием злаковых и кондитерских продуктов с недостаточным употреблении молочных и мясных продуктов. Дефицит основополагающих компонентов пищи формирует фактор риска нарушения здоровья и делает предпосылки для развития соматической патологии
