Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Articles are accepted according to the established schedule:
in No. 1 (February) - until January 15 of the current year;
in No. 2 (February) - by January 15 of the current year;
in No. 3 (June) - by May 15 of the current year;
in No. 4 (November) - by October 15 of the current year.
Articles are accepted for review subject to strict compliance with the requirements for author's originals
The Editor-in-Chief notifies the authors of the receipt of the article by e-mail within 7 days, checks the article for compliance with the formal criteria, including checking the originality of the text using the Anti-Plagiarism system. If necessary, corresponds with the authors to eliminate the comments. After eliminating the comments, he sends the articles to the chief (scientific) editor and the editorial board.
Submitted articles are reviewed by the editorial board within 7 days. The first step is to determine the relevance of the article to the journal's subject matter. Articles that meet the formal requirements and correspond to the subject matter are sent for review. In 7 days after the article is registered, the editorial board notifies the authors of the results of the review and the plan for publishing the article.
The editorial board reserves the right to reject an article that does not meet the established requirements or the subject matter of the journal.
In case of rejection of this article, the editorial board gives the author a reasoned conclusion.
All articles that correspond to the subject matter of the journal are sent for mandatory review by the editorial board (see the procedure for reviewing articles).
The editorial board is authorized to carry out scientific and literary editing of the received materials, if necessary, to reduce them in agreement with the author, or, if the subject of the article is of interest to the journal, to send the article for revision to the author.
The editorial board does not enter into a discussion with the authors of rejected materials, and manuscripts are not returned.

Requirements for articles:

Text of 8 pages or more in A4 format, WORD editor. Font - Times New Roman 12, margins 20 mm, page orientation - portrait, spacing 1. Diagrams, drawings, formulas, schemes, tables can be executed with the possibility of their editing in WORD, Excel, etc. (Font 10). Photo, etc. Images - in the form of separate files in jpg format, 300x300 dpi. The topic of the articles should correspond to the topic of the journal. Correspondence with the authors is exclusively by e-mail. Notification of acceptance (or rejection) of an article for publication is sent to the author by e-mail after it has been reviewed by members of the editorial board.

The language of the articles is Ukrainian, English.

Structure of the article:

UDC

Title of the article. Full name of the author (s) [no more than 4]. Full name of the organization.

Annotations in 2 languages (Ukrainian, English). The length of the abstract should be at least 1,800 characters, including keywords. Must be structured. Display goals, material and methods, results, conclusions. Also provide a translation of the name of the author(s) and the title of the article into English and Ukrainian.

Key words in 2 languages: try not to include word combinations.

Introduction (Statement of the problem, analysis of the latest research and publications on the research topic, selection of previously unresolved parts of the general problem, to which the article is devoted).

Connection of work with important scientific programs, plans and topics.

Purpose, work tasks, material and methods.

Research results and their discussion (an outline of the main research material with a full justification of the obtained scientific results).

Conclusions.

Prospects for further research in this direction.

The list of references (at least 20 for reviews - at least 30) must include a sufficient number of modern (for the last 5 years) sources on the research problem, which must include scientific articles from Ukrainian and foreign specialized scientific journals. Designing the list of references and citations in scientific works must meet the requirements of APA STYLE.

At the end of the article, be sure to indicate for each participant (in Ukrainian and English): surname, first name and patronymic (in full) with an indication of scientific degrees and scientific titles, place of work (official name and postal address of the institution or organization); ORCID: e-mail.

Designing the list of references and citations in scientific works must meet the requirements of APA STYLE.

 


Payment for the publication of the article is made at the rate of UAH 21. for each publication page.

The author pays the publication fee after notification of acceptance of the article for publication.
