The educational system is the most effective way to integrate persons with disabilities into the social environment. Today, the strategy of inclusion is widely used. Within this concept, there is a full inclusion of persons with disabilities in the educational environment. Objective: to improve the indicators of mastering basketball techniques in physical education classes by students with musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) under the influence of a system of exercises with a ball of coordination orientation. Material: The study involved 63 students with musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) aged 16 to 19 years (girls and boys) who studied at a boarding school. The main groups included 40 students (19 males and 21 females), the control groups consisted of 23 students (10 males and 13 females) with similar disorders. Results: A system of specially selected exercises with the ball was developed to improve the mastery of basketball techniques in physical education classes during the module "Basketball". Boys had "satisfactory" marks for the first and second control exercises, girls - "excellent" and "unsatisfactory", respectively. The inclusion of coordination exercises in the classes contributed to the improvement of the control exercises' indicators in both boys and girls of the main group. Students of both sexes showed a significant improvement in the speed of circling the zone for 3 seconds with the performance of throwing the ball into the basket after a double step (p<0.05). At the same time in boys of OG there was a significant improvement in the accuracy of throwing the ball both when performing a double step and in free throws (p<0.05), in girls the improvement of these indicators did not have significant changes (p>0.05). The assessment of the first control exercise in boys changed to "good", in girls remained "excellent". In the accuracy of free throws, the assessment of the boys of the OG changed to "good", in girls - to "satisfactory". Conclusions: The conducted research indicates the positive influence of exercises with balls of coordination orientation on mastering basketball techniques in physical education classes by students with OA disabilities.
