Volleyball in collectibles reflection

Abstract

Volleyball in the form of a
team. All sorts of things are popular with thematic sports numismatics, with the release of
commemorative coins from gold, silver, and inexpensive metals - bronze, nickel silver, alloys, incl.
and assignment to significant events in light volleyball. Purpose of the research: to present the
results of the research conducted on the study of the reflection of volleyball in various collectibles,
such as philately, faleristics, numismatics and phylumenia. Material and research methods: When
carrying out this research work, we used the method of in-depth literary-critical analysis of
available scientific sources of information on the issue under study, using reference books,
encyclopedias, catalogs, specialized periodicals, and Internet resources. Results of the research:
the obtained data and their analysis indicate that in collectibles, both men's, women's, and beach
volleyball are represented in a fairly complete volume. Volleyball is most actively represented in
philately and on commemorative badges of the USSR period. Conclusions: According to the results
of the study, it was determined that for more than 70 years, in the world's collectibles, volleyball
has been actively promoted, with reflection in philately, numismatics and faleristics, the most
important sporting events in the world of volleyball, both at the level of the state itself and at
championships continent, world and Olympic Games. Modern collectibles are capable, in a fairly
complete, accessible, colorful and informative way, to convey all the necessary information about
the events taking place in this type of sports games taking place all over the world. Contemporary
collecting, primarily thematic, is one of the effective means of expanding the scope of knowledge in
the issue under study, and a non-standard way of presenting interesting additional information.
