Аналіз експлуатації суднових дизелів під час використання моторних мастил з різними структурними характеристиками

Об'єктом дослідження є процес мащення суднових тронкових дизелів. Предметом дослідження є моторні мастила суднових дизелів, що забезпечують мащення, охолодження та розмежування поверхонь тертя.
Виконано аналіз експлуатації суднових дизелів під час використання моторних мастил з різними структурними характеристиками. Дослідження виконували на дизелях Yanmar 6EY18AL судна класу Multipurpose Vessel дедвейтом 27540 тонн. Завданням дослідження було визначення впливу структурних характеристик мастильного шару (крайового кута змочування та товщини) на експлуатаційні параметри суднового дизеля та експлуатаційні характеристики мастила, що використовується в його циркуляційній системі мащення. При цьому як експлуатаційні параметри дизеля розглядалися тиск стиснення, концентрація оксидів азоту в випускних газах і температура випускних газів після циліндра; як експлуатаційні характеристики масла – його лужне число, а також вміст продуктів зносу та забруднення. Дослідження виконувались на двох однотипних дизелях, у циркуляційній системі мащення яких використовувалися мастила з різними структурними характеристиками. Структурні характеристики мастильного шару визначалися методом еліпсометрії. Експлуатаційні характеристики дизеля – за допомогою системи діагностування Doctor. Експлуатаційні характеристики мастила – шляхом спектрографічного аналізу. Встановлено, що збільшення крайових кутів змочування та товщини мастильного шару покращує теплоенергетичні та екологічні показники роботи дизеля. При цьому (для періоду експлуатації дизелів 500–1000 годин) уповільнюється зниження тиску стиснення в циліндрі, знижується температура газів після циліндра, зменшується емісія оксидів азоту з випускними газами. Крім того, знижується знос деталей дизеля та окислення мастила.
Отримана в ході дослідження інформація щодо структурних характеристик моторних мастил забезпечить можливість їх вибору та подальше використання таких, які будуть сприяти більш якісному підтриманню експлуатаційних показників роботи суднових дизелів.
