Анотація

У статті запропоновані інструменти управління часом в рамках планування реалізації для двох категорій програм розвитку. Для програм з технологічною залежністю проектів пропонується використовувати мережевий графік, структурною одиницею якого є проект або робота в залежності від специфіки програми. Для програм без технологічної залежності проектів розроблена економіко-математична модель розстановки проектів за періодами.
