The main directions of a development of a process of an organization of the intraprenership in the structure of the mechanical engineering enterprise that involves the creation of effective structures of the intraprenership activity at the mechanical engineering enterprises are presented. The establishment of a centre for the support of the intraprenership, the main task of which is promotion of the development of the intraprenership, a protection of the intellectual property, an economic, technical and legal support of the intraprenership project, a creation, coordination and monitoring of performance of an intraprenership unit, is suggested. The main aim of the creation of the Conciliation Board, which provides the regulatory support of the activities of the intraprenership units, decides on the implementation of the intraprenership project, regulates cooperation of the intraprenership units with structural divisions of the enterprise, makes decisions on the elimination of inefficient units is defined. The functioning of the bank of the intraprenership ideas (projects) is provided in the structure of the centre of the support of the intraprenership. A special classifier of ideas (projects), on the ground of the application of innovations, the amount of planned costs, time for implementation of the project, resource availability, and materialized forms is developed. The possibility of sale of the intraprenership ideas (projects) of all materialized forms is provided. Three primary forms of the intraprenership units are concretized. Taken into the account the positive experience of the initial operation, the conversion into two derived forms is involved. The establishment and functioning of the efficient structures of the support of the intraprenership will provide an opportunity to form a comprehensive view of the necessity and completeness of the measures for the realization of the strategy for the implementation of the intraprenership at the enterprise.References
