To date, in order to maximize profits from medium and large businesses, companies need a clear strategy for corporate culture. To succeed in managing an enterprise, it is necessary to know different levers of influence on workers and use them in order to properly organize the working space (without economic and moral losses), increase productivity in the team, and ultimately achieve a profit increase. The article deals with foreign experience and features of the corporate culture of some regions of the world. The components of corporate culture are analyzed based on the example of Western Europe and the Far East. Increasing the level of knowledge about foreign corporate cultural differences in business can help in building the necessary competences of Ukrainian enterprises, as well as in creating competitive advantages. The article highlights the features of corporate culture in Ukrainian enterprises, its formation, development, as well as positive and negative features. It is determined that modern corporate culture of enterprises of Ukraine should be based on the best elements of Western, Eastern and national samples. A distinctive feature of the corporate culture of all regions of the world is the trust between the workers and managers of the enterprise. Motivation of the personnel is one of the criteria for successful management of the company. Corporate culture is a deeply embedded form of social control that influences decisions and behavior of the employees. Therefore, the Ukrainian top management should form a new model of corporate culture that would combine the characteristics of the culture of the western and eastern model, as well as national interests.
