The system of legislation that forms authorial rights and related rights is investigated in the article. The norms Constitution of Ukraine are analysed, these relations are well-regulated that. The decision of Constitutional Court of Ukraine as sources of copyright and related rights is considered through realization of constitutional jurisdiction of function of official interpretation of Constitution of Ukraine an organ. Enumerated international agreements that are part of national legislation of Ukraine.The basic stages of reformation of the special law are distinguished in the field of it - to Law of Ukraine "A copyright and related rights". Other laws that is carry out the legal adjusting in the investigated spheres are considered. Classification of legal acts is conducted in the sphere of copyright and related rights on the basis of organ of acceptance and by the nature of legal norms.The prospects of development of legislation that regulates a copyright and related rights are certain, namely necessity of taking into account of european experience and introduction of progressive legal standards. In the same time no less important is taking into account of national features, and also level of legal culture and sense of justice of citizens.References
