Abstract

The article deals with the formation of organizational principles for management of organizational culture of the enterprise. It is proved that organizational culture of an enterprise is an important component of enterprise development and achievement of competitive advantages in the industry. It was emphasized that organizational culture of the enterprise covers the activities of all divisions of the enterprise and its departments. It is noted that the management of organizational culture necessitates the professional management of it and finds confirmation in the works of a large number of modern theoretical scholars and practitioners. The analysis of functional responsibilities of managers of port staff services proved that in practice there is no such function as managing the organizational culture of the enterprise. The need to manage the organizational culture of the enterprise as an independent function of personnel management is associated with an understanding of the benefits of a developed organizational culture. In implementing the traditional functions of personnel management, in parallel, manage the organizational culture of the enterprise through the general management functions. Improved organizational support for the management of the development of the organizational culture of the enterprise involves the development of a set of measures that cover all components of organizational culture based on the use of management functions, compliance with system, corporate and specific principles and rules related to the peculiarities of management of the organizational culture of the enterprise, which made it possible to update planning and the formation of a methodical and resource base for making timely decisions on the effectiveness of organizational balloons tours The use of the personality model in determining the qualities of the manager, which will lead the functional sphere - management of the development of organizational culture, is proposed. The table of comparison of the tasks of management of the organizational culture of the enterprise and the main functions of management for the requirements for personnel and management style, which determine the effectiveness of the management service organization enterprise culture.
