The article is devoted to research of features and advantages of the international syndicated crediting and necessity of its distribution in the Ukrainian commercial banks as an innovative financial instrument, which provides going of domestic borrowers into the international markets of capitals. This article outlines the basic problems which the participants of domestic credit market run into. Reasons of lack of long-term resources are exposed in the commercial banks of Ukraine in relation to providing of the investment crediting of large borrowers and especially large-scale investment projects. The features of syndicated credits and a mechanism over of the syndicated crediting are lighted up. Reasons which hinder to development of the syndicated crediting in home banks are exposed. Factors, which restrain development of the bank crediting of investment projects in the conditions of financial globalization, were find out. The necessity of expansion of practice of the international syndicated crediting is shown by the association of domestic and foreign banks at the market of financial services in syndicates for the grant of credit lines to the borrowers due to the incorporated resources. That can become an exit from a difficult situation of insufficient resource providing of commercial banks. Examples of successful collaboration of the Ukrainian and foreign banks are made on crediting of business. Outlined requirement of international financial organizations EBRD and international financial institutions in area of co-financing. Pre-conditions are certain for forming of effectively functioning market of the syndicated crediting in Ukraine. Ukraine banks in modern conditions infrequently use such instrument of bringing in of resources, as syndicated crediting, without regard to the row of obvious advantages. Exactly commercial banks could redistribute the received resources as syndicated credits among small and middle business, thereby promoting to their development.
