Abstract

This article reveals the feasibility of a radical revision by domestic HR-managers of views on the issues of strategic personnel management at the turn of global change from industrial to post-industrial society. Recently, in developed countries, "Work Resource Management" has been transformed into "Human Resource Management" (HRM), which is reflected in a change in attitude towards a person who is recognized as the most valuable capital of an enterprise, and this change has already proven its effectiveness.  In the 21st century, the acceleration of the pace of change in business, the economy and society in the field of personnel management sets the task of developing new rules for the management, organization, motivation, management and attraction of personnel. It is difficult to predict which new business practices will be maintained, but it is impossible to ignore the very need for change. The main characteristic of the new time is the changes with acceleration, which creates new rules for business and for HR-activities. In today's world, technology is changing and spreading very quickly. Artificial intelligence, mobile platforms, sensors and systems of social cooperation penetrate into all spheres of public life. Leading companies in the world today are faced with radical changes in the organization of labor, the workplace and the world of work in general. These shifts change the rules for almost all areas of personnel management. Today, business leaders and HR managers must learn new ways to think about the company, its staff, its capabilities and their implementation.
