Chayka T., Serov A., Halinsky Ya. The place of agrotechnological systems in solution of environmental and economic problems of the regions

Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity of introduction of innovative technologies for agricultural production for the purpose of support of ecological, economic, social, technological and power benefits at the regional level. The condition of innovative activity in the industry for 2011-2012 is specified. The necessity of the scientifically proved approach to placement of agrotechnological systems taking into account features of agroecological division of the regions is substantiated. The features of creation, legislative regulation and activity of scientific towns in the Russian Federation are researched. The identity of the scientific towns to the western technopolises which are created for the purpose of manufacture of high technology products and acceleration of technical development is defined. The statistics of scientific-technical zones by the countries is specified. The projects on support and development of high technologies in Belarus are considered, such as high-tech Parks, in which the unique favorable environment is created for development of business in the field of information technology by combining tax benefits with well prepared experts for IT-branch. High efficiency of their activity which provides annual delivery of information products for the amount from 50 to 100 million US dollars is specified. It is offered to create in the context of the state policy of innovative development of the higher vocational training in Ukraine regional agrarian clusters of business education on the basis of the higher agrarian establishments. Preconditions of creation of innovative agrocities on the state, regional, territorial and other levels are defined for the purpose of solution of environmental and economic problems of the regions
