The trends of transformation management concepts, the necessity of transition from concepts formed on the principles of administration and centralization, the concepts formed on the principles of integration and interpenetration of multiple and self-organization. Science research approaches to monitoring, evaluation and control the behavior of socioeconomic systems in conditions of dynamic change and transformation and the direction of management concepts such systems as stable and viable in a market environment of self. The basic conceptual differences between purposeful organizational management and self-organization. It is proved that the speed of self-organization and self-regulation in the evolution of management concepts depends on economic reforms, the level of development and life cycle of the enterprise, as well as the structure and density of the market. In this competition aims to similar economic actors on the different evolutionary path, stimulating expansion of the range of complexity of the economic system, which gives the evolution of managerial progressive direction. It is concluded that modern management concepts should be aimed at creating sustainable systems that have the necessary flexibility and autonomy and have properties regulate internal disturbances and adapt to external changes through effective coordination of self-organization in normal conditions and the impact of leadership in a crisisReferences
