In the article the condition of innovative development of industrial enterprises of Ukraine, determined that the state innovative development is in crisis and does not correspond to the modern level of innovation processes in industrialized countries. Modern stage of development of the world economy is characterized by increased market competition and rapid growth of innovative component of activity of enterprises. Implementation of the innovation strategy puts forward special requirements for the industry, which is the most active factor of scientific-technology progress and advanced playback in General. In the article are defined and classified the main problems and directions of increase of innovation activity of industrial enterprises. Studied foreign experience of innovative development of the economy and possibilities of its adaptation to modern conditions of management. In all developed countries, one of the basic elements of innovation infrastructure, which contribute to the acceleration of the innovative processes on the basis of uniting the efforts of developers and consumers of innovations are technological parks. Also, the basic model of innovation development, which gave the most economic effect for developed countries.
