In the article the structural changes taking place in modern national economies, singled out their patterns: increasing the share of high-tech industries, telecommunications, financial and business services; the emergence of new technological processes, use of new technology, new raw materials and new products; declining share of manufacturing sector and service sector growth, deconcentration of industrial production, changes in its industrial structure. The basic current trends in employment around the world and considered a positive impact and spread of new forms of employment changes in existing economic development, which manifests itself at the level of individuals, employers and national economic system. Defined features that characterize the current field of employment: increased global competition; significant expansion of services in system of social production with special emphasis on IT-sector; increase in the use of information and communication technologies; increasing labor market flexibility and production; the emergence of new technologies and changes in production at enterprises that cause changes in labor relations; increasing demand for highly educated, highly skilled workers; distribution of non-standard forms of employment. It was established that the proliferation of non-standard forms and change existing employment creates a number of social risks both for employers and for employees in need of development tools of its regulation. The article suggested areas of improvement of the legal framework for the regulation of labor relations for the new forms of employment, an effective system of protecting the interests of all participants in industrial relations, implementation of active labor market policies for rapid response to changes in demand and efficient formation of the new vocational education potential of the population, the formation of an effective system of forecasting national demand for workers with changes in the structure of employment.References
