Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of improving the planning process of marine logistics center as an example SE "Mariupol Sea Commercial Port", namely the delivery of goods by road. The rapid globalization of the world economy and increasing competition, both domestic and international markets, domestic enterprises must continually improve the effectiveness of their work. Important role in this belongs to logistics planning and development process, since these components significantly affect the efficiency of the functioning of modern enterprises. The aim of the article is to provide an efficient mechanism of transport-technological industry by utilizing in practice the methodology of planning and logistics. The main problems associated with the delivery of commercial products from the optimal solutions to the consumer and the manufacturer found. Implementation planning using modern IT-technology does not require additional financial costs for this have to spend a certain number of works, conclude the contract to develop coordination and planning scheme. None of the ports of Ukraine there is no such system, but for the existence of Mariupol port, as a maritime logistics center, its creation becomes necessary. The implementation of improved planning process of marine logistics center will increase the throughput capacity of the port by the high intensity of cargo works; Additional sources of income that will increase contributions to the funds at all levels, to ensure the Donetsk region and Ukraine highly efficient service of foreign economic activity; maintain existing and create new jobs
