Abstract

The article is sanctified to the study of role of innovative factor in the increase of economic security of national economy. The differences of technological structure of economy of Ukraine are analysed from the technological structure of economies of the developed countries of the world, that allowed to set in Ukraine prevailing of recreation of production of the 3th technological mode against 5-5 modes in розвиту them countries. The marked allowed to draw conclusion in relation to considerable technological lag of national economy, that presents the threat of her to economic security. It is set that innovations are basis of providing of competitiveness on the different hierarchical levels of the economic system that becomes the factor of providing of economic security of the economic system in turn. On the basis of it intercommunication of parameters is built the "Innovativeness is a competitiveness - economic security". Drawn conclusion, that subzero economic strength of Ukraine security is predefined by the considerable problems of innovative development of the state, consequently, basic factors that restrain activity of innovative processes are systematized. Taking into account the outlined positions the necessity of search of ways of activation of innovative activity is reasonable for Ukraine, mastering of technologies 5 and 6 modes and to passing to the innovative way of development. Realization of own strategy of realization of innovative development is offered, as bases of providing of necessary economic strength of Ukraine, that envisages such stages, security : organization of the special national innovative-technological system, creation of national innovative ports, innovative territories and economic innovative groups, creation of national innovative hi-tech network.
