Abstract

Article is devoted to study in go f practice of personnel training at the large industrial enterprise and development of recommendations about its improvement according to features of corporate system of human resources management. During research it is proved that at the present stage questions of a vocational education of shot sare of particular importance and are under close attention of the state, business and the public. It is established that for the purpose of increase of system effectiveness of a vocational education at the enterprise use of modular approach to training, revision of training programs, transformation of approaches to managers training is expedient. Modular approach to training differs from applied by the fact that the training program has to be structured on modules in basic and profile professional blocks. Its advantage sare as follows: at identification of unsat is factory knowledge at personnel of separate labor function, the worker goes to training in thecor responding educational module or in competence; the smaller separation from production of the trainee and the teacher takes place. Effective realization o fth eoffered actions will promote improvement to personnel development system and increase of efficiency of personnel work.
