Abstract

In a mutual opening of markets and the creation of free trade zones in the megaregional Ukraine's integration into the EU, accompanied by a loss of competitiveness of its products and the advent of cheaper and quality imported counterparts, was shown an effective tool is the development of cooperatives of small, medium and large businesses basis of outsourcing and subcontracting . The analysis of their place in the institutional infrastructure of entrepreneurship was made. A suitable instrument for development co-operation between small, medium and large businesses was developed.
