The editorial policy of the "Reporter of the Priazovskyi State Technical University. Section: Economic Sciences" is based on the principles of transparency and publication ethics established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The journal ensures that authors retain their intellectual rights while facilitating the widest possible dissemination of scientific knowledge.
All materials are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0) license. This allows anyone to freely copy, redistribute, edit, and build upon the work (including for commercial purposes), provided that appropriate credit is given and a link to the original publication in this journal is provided. Authors retain unrestricted copyright and all proprietary rights, granting the editorial board only the right of first publication. By publishing in the "Reporter of the PSTU", authors also grant the journal the right to distribute the electronic version of the work and its translation via the official website, bibliographic databases, and repositories.
In accordance with COPE standards, authors have the right, without prior coordination with the editorial board or founders, to use their article materials for educational purposes, dissertation writing, and conference presentations. Authors are also entitled to enter into separate, non-exclusive arrangements for the distribution of their work (e.g., including it in a monograph). Self-archiving of the Author's Accepted Manuscript (AAM) on personal web resources and repositories is permitted immediately upon acceptance (stating that the work has been accepted for publication). Following the official release of the issue, self-archiving of the final publisher's PDF must include an active hyperlink to the original article via its DOI identifier.
