Publication Fees and Financial Policy
Publication of articles in the journal is carried out subject to payment of an Article Processing Charge (APC). Peer review of submitted manuscripts is free of charge and is conducted independently of the authors’ financial obligations.

The publication fee covers expenses related to editorial and publishing processes, including scientific and literary editing, layout preparation, as well as technical maintenance of the journal’s website. The obligation to pay the APC arises only after the editorial board has made a positive decision to accept the article for publication and the author has received the corresponding notification.

The publication fee is fixed at 45 UAH per page, while the total cost of publishing one article may not exceed 800 UAH. The specified APC amount does not change after the official submission of the article to the editorial office.

Publication Fee Waivers
The journal provides a full waiver (100% discount) of all processing, reviewing, and publishing fees for articles submitted by third-level (PhD) students enrolled in state-funded (budget) programs, provided that such scientific works are authored by them solely (without co-authors).

Payment details are provided to authors after the article has been accepted for publication and may be used for payment only after receiving the relevant notification from the editorial office.
