Performance Indicators of Management in the Context of Digitalization

The article examines the essence and specific features of forming management performance indicators in the context of societal digitalization. It is substantiated that the digital transformation of management processes necessitates a revision of traditional approaches to evaluating managerial performance and the introduction of new efficiency indicators focused on the use of digital technologies, data, and innovative management solutions. The main groups of management performance indicators are analyzed, including organizational, technological, social, and institutional ones. Special attention is paid to the role of managers’ digital competencies, the level of organizational digital maturity, and the quality of digital management services. The study identifies key directions for improving the system of management performance assessment under digitalization, taking into account current challenges and societal transformations.
